Forklift Certification Process
Basic sit down rider training
1. Classroom Training
- Pictures of Lift Truck accidents and discussion
- Accident Video (20 Minutes)
- High Impact Forklift Safety Training (40 minutes)
2. Safety walk around with operator’s daily check list
3. Written Test
4. Hands on driving with obstacle course
5. Upon completion of the training, each employee will receive:
- Certificate of completion
- Operator permit card good for 3 years
- All original test scores for your records
The class is site specific, and meets all requirements according to O.S.H.A. guidelines.
The class is approximately 3 hours long.
